Chocolate Crepes With Gewurztraminer Syrup

Ingredients
- Crepes:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tbs plus 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- For ganache:
- 3/4 heavy creme
- 6 oz semisweet or bittersweet chocolate, chopped.
- For syrup:
- 2.5 cups Gewurztraminer wine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Finish/Garnish:
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp sugar
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
- 1 pint berrys

To serve: Fill crepes with ganache, bake until hot, drizzle syrup over it and server with ice cream or whipped cream.
